At the American Association of Immunologists (AAI) 2026 Annual Meeting in Boston in April, our team presented orally bioavailable pan-IL-17 small-molecule inhibitors designed by Anew Labs' generative AI platform. These are the first reported molecules to achieve strong engagement on IL-17F/F — a target long regarded as notoriously challenging for small molecules.
Additional data were presented at the Federation of Clinical Immunology Societies (FOCIS) Annual Meeting in San Francisco in June: the inhibitors achieved exceptional potency against all IL-17A and F dimers and demonstrated robust, biologics-like activity in vivo.
Both talks were invited podium presentations, selected from numerous abstracts after rigorous scientific review by the meeting committees.
