Machine Learning Expert
- Apply world-leading ML algorithms to drug discovery by leveraging extensive knowledge in the field, contributing to internally prioritized directions.
- Identify and create new machine learning techniques and the data required for training.
- Develop architectures and training algorithms for machine learning models.
- Analyze and organize experimental results, reporting and presenting research findings clearly and effectively to other machine learning scientists and scientists from diverse disciplines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and experts from other fields to accomplish target tasks in projects.
Biotechnology Consultant
- Responsible for technical support in drug R&D, including target screening, process optimization, and design of preclinical research protocols.
- Provide technical consulting to resolve technical challenges in drug development.
- Assist in conducting market research, track industry trends, and offer clients recommendations on cutting-edge technology applications.
- Deeply participate in innovative drug R&D and engage with global leading biopharmaceutical projects.
- Collaborate with other scientists to expand industry resources.
Backend Engineer – Drug Discovery
- Assist in co-developing R&D platforms internally based on high-throughput drug discovery tasks.
- Interface with core algorithm modules of various tools and maintain robust call chains.
- Support the construction and maintenance of large-scale task scheduling and distributed computing environments.
- Closely collaborate with front-end teams and experts from other fields to continuously optimize platform performance and functions, and explore new workflows for drug discovery.
